How is Littlebird different from a smartwatch or AirTag?
Smartwatches put a screen and apps on your child’s wrist. AirTags were never designed for kids at all. Littlebird was built from the ground up for childhood: screen free, kid sized, and focused on safety, not entertainment. It combines our Precision+ location network with Bluetooth and app-based alerts so you can stay quietly connected while they stay present and playful.
Is Littlebird screen free?
Yes. The tracker has no screen, apps, or games. It is a quiet, on-body companion that supports their freedom instead of interrupting it. All insights live in the Littlebird app, just for caregivers.
How often do I need to charge the tracker?
Most families charge every 24 to 72 hours, depending on usage and connectivity. Building charging into a daily or every-few-days routine keeps the tracker ready for school days, play dates, and longer outings.
How do I charge the tracker?
Place the tracker on its magnetic charging dock and plug the dock into a USB-C power source.
Can my child wear Littlebird in the bath or pool?
Littlebird is water resistant and designed for real life, including splashes, rain, hand-washing, and everyday mess. Check the latest water resistance rating and care instructions before extended swimming or high-pressure water, and when in doubt, treat it as “play proof,” not a dedicated swim watch.
What happens if the tracker breaks or stops working?
Every tracker includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers defects and functional issues such as hardware failures, battery problems, or issues that affect accuracy. Lost devices, cosmetic wear, or unauthorized modifications are not covered. If something goes wrong, our team will help review your case and arrange a replacement when eligible.
